Does it matter what Christian denomination I am from? Can I still use Kidzlink?
Kidzlink’s resources and services are accessible to people from all Christian denominations.
Do I need to be a member to access Kidzlink’s services?
No, membership is for those who wish to actively support the ministry of Kidzlink. Members support Kidzlink through financially giving, prayer and volunteering their time.
Do I have to be a subscriber to access Kidzlink’s services and resources?
No. However, becoming a subscriber may be to your advantage as it entitles you to certain discounts and priveleges.
Are Kidzlink’s services free of charge?
No. Although Kidzlink is a not for profit Christian organization it is important to understand that to be able to provide the services we do, some financial charge is necessary for our products and services. The charges we recommend for services never reflect the full cost to Kidzlink and always need to be supplemented by our generous pool of donors to keep us in business. Charges we recommend are only a guide; some people may be able to pay more, while others who cannot pay the recommended fee may be able to negotiate a cheaper rate.
I am after a particular product but can’t find it on your site. Can Kidzlink order it in?
Please contact us and we will do our best to help you find the product you are looking for and if we can, order it in for you.
What training do the group leaders have to do?
It is the responsibility of the individual or organisation using our resources to ensure that all its leaders are suitably trained to perform their service in a responsible manner. This usually means the minister or pastor in charge must determine what level of training he/she requires and take steps to address them. Every organisation should ensure its leaders undergo a suitably approved ‘safe ministry’ course that will help leaders become aware of risk management and child protection issues. Leaders and their helpers also usually have to sign a legal document confirming they are not prevented from working with children. Important: Kidzlink takes no responsibility for the ministries carried out by its subscribers, nor anyone using its resources. Becoming a Kidzlink subscriber does not confer any status upon an individual or group. Kidzlink is here to assist you, but we cannot vouch for your ministry.
Is Croakie available for hire?

Can you send me the programs on invoice so that I can look through them and return the one’s I don’t need?
Yes, contact us to order them and we will send them with an invoice. You pay for postage and the programs you keep, but programs must be returned in pristine condition and pay for return postage. Payments may incur a late fee charge if they exceed 30 days.
Can I be invoiced for my subscription as our organisation prefers this?
Yes. Kidzlink is a small organisation and therefore if you can use our website this will certainly help us maximise our limited staff resources. If you require to be invoiced for a subscription simply download the subscription application form and send it to us by post. NB: resources will not be sent out until payment of subscription invoice is made, so please allow time for this process.
Why do I have to pay my subscription upfront before resources are sent out?
While Kidzlink is very grateful to people who do pay their bills in a timely fashion, we simply don’t have the human resources to chase up unpaid invoices. From April 2010 all subscriptions must be paid upfront before you can enjoy their priveleges.
What is membership and how to I become one?
Membership is for those people who want to more actively support Kidzlink’s ministry. Individuals may apply to the Board for membership and if accepted the annual membership fee of $15 per annum applies. All people who are accepted as members automatically form part of the Sydney Townsend Fellowship. The Sydney Townsend Fellowship (STF) is made up of many past and present children’s ministry workers, male and female who share Kidzlink’s vision. Apart from occasional social events, STF support Kidzlink by fundraising, assisting at Kidzlink’s events and supporting the ministry in prayer.

Are all subscribers automatically members?
No. Holders of subscriptions are eligible for certain priveleges and discounts but are not automatically entitled to membership.
