Kidzlink is an incorporated not for profit Christian organization.
It is governed by a Board consisting of six members and a constitution that is approved by the Department of Fair Trading, NSW. It is also subject to the Associations Incorporation Act, 1984 (NSW) (as amended).
All Board members and staff must adhere to the rules of the constitution and this includes signing a declaration of faith affirming:

Sharron Lewis is currently Chairman of the Kidzlink Board and has held this position for the past 5 years. Sharron brings to the Board administrative and governance skills. Her great desire is to see children and their families come to know of the love, joy and peace that comes from being in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Bruce brings to our Board a great depth of experience in children’s and family ministry and a proven track record in training up successive generations of leaders. Bruce and his family have been involved at Christ Church Gladesville for the past 15 years. For the last 11 years he has had the responsibility of heading up children's and family ministries. Bruce is a regular speaker at several training conferences in Sydney, including the annual SMBC Children’s Ministry conference. Bruce's great joy is to see the Bible taught and responded to by all ages. Bruce is married to Jan and they have 4 children, Sarah, Christopher, Zoe and Johanna.

Melinda West brings to the board both her accounting skills and her experience as a Kids Plus group leader. Melinda is married to Ken, has 4 teenage children, and is a manager in a small city chartered accounting practice. She has a passion for children's ministry and particularly wants children from non-church families to get the chance to learn about Jesus.

Jana Koulouris is a Children's Minister at St George North Anglican Church and has been serving there over the last seven years. Over this time she has been involved in both Youth and Women's ministry. She is due to complete her studies at Anglican Youthworks college at the end of 2010. She is married to Petros and they live in the South of Sydney enjoying the diversity and value of food in the area, being active in the outdoors and being hospitable in their little home.

David has a passion for children’s ministry being a veteran of SUFM Beach Missions, annual school holiday clubs; He currently assists in the leadership of an after school club at his church in Earlwood. Dave brings with him a year of theological training and more than 20 years experience in successfully running his own small business.

Patsie Pickard has long held an interest in children and family ministries and served both at local church and diocesan level. Patsie has been a Board member of Kidzlink (and previously GFS) for 13 years. She has an accounting background and served as Kidzlink’s Treasurer for the past 5 years.
