Director: Stephen Shearsby (B. Div (Hons); B. Build; Dip Ed. (Sec))

Stephen grew up in Sydney and is married to Heather who originally came from Perth, together they have three young daughters. Stephen trained for full time ministry and was ordained as an Anglican minister in 2006. The combination of fatherhood and theological training made him realize the importance of ministry to children and their parents. He has previously worked full time as a children’s minister, a secondary teacher and in construction management. Stephen loves surfing and enjoys making quality espresso. Stephen is now responsible for the development and implementation of Kidzlink’s vision.

Sales and Personal Assistant: Christine Percival

Christine grew up in Sydney and worked as a secretary for seven years. After marrying Eric, she moved to the Armidale Diocese and supported her husband’s ministry. During this twenty-year period they raised three daughters and experienced a diverse ministry in country regions. The family returned to the Sydney Diocese five years ago. Christine has had an active ministry as both Scripture teacher and coordinator in the local schools and particularly enjoys teaching Kindergarten. Whilst living in the country she enjoyed riding pillion with her husband, but since returning to Sydney traffic, Eric sold the bike and they now kayak and cycle together. Christine now works for Kidzlink part time as Sales and Personal Assistant to the Director.
